What is this white film?

Hi all,

i have had a series of unfortunate events...

marine velvet wiped out my tank... due to no fishes, my tank developed Dino... killed of Dino with DinoX... due to Dino die off, huge spike in phosphate & nitrate and developed cyano...

now reducing nitrate & phosphate using refugium, red sea Nopox and 30% water change weekly...

cyano slowly clearing up but i notice this white flim growing on my rocks and even on my snails. 

can any gurus help me ID and teach me wat to do now? sigh.....

The red stringy stuff could be cyano or dino. 

Need to confirm with microscope.

White film (can't see from your video)  is likely bacteria film due to your dosing of nopox. 

By itself it's not harmful.  But if you overdose nopox, you will have a lot of problems.

Like reefer JiaEn said, could be a bacteria film developing over your rocks. Have you tried blasting a stronger current on the rocks?
