This is most likely a Stomatella varia. It is a small reef-safe herbivore. A nice grazer that will reproduce readily and will consume diatoms with gusto. They're completely harmless grazers. Heres a pic:

Yup...it's positively a stomatella varia...

They move fast when 'harassed' and are deployed for algae control although you can't solely rely on them for that purpose.

They can reproduce and I believe I have about ten pieces of them by now after the last sighting four months ago.

One even crept up into my macro needlewheel skimmer...
