Selling, wood is in fantastic condition. Very durable and water resistant. Used for only 3 months. Although the hinges are rusty, the rest of the cabinet is in pristine condition. View at tampines to believe. 92319543. 

Airy, and well designed to facilitate convenient access and placement of Powerpoints and cords. 

 

Purchased at 400, selling at only $250. My loss your gain..
