Schuran Jetskim 100 specs are as follows. I would love to say it fits a 150g tank. but sad to say 150g=600L.

For aquaria up to 500l

Skimmer for the use within or outside a filter sump. We recommend this skimmer to use with the pump Eheim 1250, which should be connected with the skimmer via a silikon hose. The pump should be submerged at least 15cm.

Technical Data:

turnover approx. 600l/h,

air suction approx. 200l/h

Dimensions:

diameter 100mm,

standfloor: 155 x120mm,

height 550mm

Hence, I don't think it is suitable for you.
