SRC Member Tanzy Posted August 20, 2003 SRC Member Share Posted August 20, 2003 To those who bought the pink seriatopora ... Who has retained the bright pink color so far? It's only been a few days. You should ask again in a month's time. Quote Warning: Heavy handed moderator in operation. Threads and post are liable to be deleted or moved without prior notification. Durian
FYI, got 2 specimen on Monday...both have RTN right at the bottom central when I only noticed it as I placed it in my tank with MH on -> very small patched of RTN right at the centre bottom. Couldn't capture it during selection at PR since PR's lighting was very bad during day time - MH place too far away -U need 1000W with that type of distance? I guess to advise reefers to be very careful, no point paying the same price on RTN specimens- at least u get half price @ LCK for late buyers. Next time better be there on the first day....don't think their system holds up more than 1 day! Question being, there's yet any LFS with system capable of suporting SPS for more than a day

SRC Member pospeh Posted August 21, 2003 SRC Member Share Posted August 21, 2003 I dont think the damage to coral is due to the equipment at PR. Its just a part of the damage suffered by all corals during the collection/shipping process. PR has got some pretty impressive equipment, probably the best in Singapore.
