How to reduce PH & raise KH effectively?

DKH 6

PH 8.5

What's the most effective way to reduce the PH to 8.3 and increase the carbonate hardness to 10DKH?

Have tried salt water changing or just adding freshwater to reduce PH but still the PH hovers around 8.5.........

Pls advice......thx!

How did you measure your pH ? With test kit? Testkit might not give accurate reading.

Ya test kit.......No budget to buy PH probe lah.........anyway, what abt KH? Any good additive to recommend for boosting KH?
