snowflake moray

is the snow flake moray is reef safe?

read frm the past issue of reefkeeping online megazine understand tat the snowflake is safe from corals but will attack on shrimp, crabs & etc.............

but is it fish_safe?

can mix wif fish like tang or clown fish ?

As long as the fish can't fit into its mouth it should be ok. ;)

Even with small fish.. it shouldn't have much problem.. being in echidna family... these moray teeth are design for crushing hard shell inverts... thus quite safe with fish but shrimp and lobster are easy meal for them

IMO, you shouldn't try. my snowflake moray killed and ate a maroon clown twice the size of its head. it also ate a spiny blue lobster also bigger than its head, among other things...

probably you maroom is weak... a snowflake would not really get attracted to live and healthy stuff.. but if injure sick or weak, hahaha
