I have no idea...got to ask Dr evil about the ballast....actually I switched to hamilton because it is not too blue like 20kk and not yellow like 10kk...so called best of both worlds.

anyway...just found a seller selling me another 14kk at quite good price...going for it...wont switch to 10kk anymore
