I didnt know he was already running a beckett, then maybe he needs a taller 648 skimmer powered by a MD55 or MX-series?

Alfa......I am already running a 40 inch tall single beckett with md55....anymore it wont be cost efficient....actually ....it is not cost efficient at the moment....

the sane way is not have 6 tangs in a 4 footer......will cut down to 0 tangs very soon....

and whether the black tang stays or join the rest in the fowlr will let my wife decide....(already got pple book it liaoz....damn fast )

DB, Hamilton tech 14kk has higher PAR than Geissmann 14kk? My impression was that the Geissmann bulbs are better that anything elase out there in terms of PAR and color rendition...

That was what I read from a magazine...anyway....I am switching back to BLV 10kk.........better growth rate and the spectrum of colours seems pretty good to me....(downside..a bit yellow).... got to offset it with a T5 actinic

what ballast u r using..

cause for me.. if u only look at PAR.. hamilton tech 14k and BLV 10k has the same PAR Value for my CV EBallast
