triggerpuff I think you should at least put them in a pail with air hose and in the dark to prevent them from getting stressed. They dun seem to have enough room to swim in that container too. Very poor thing. :(

The world is such a wicked place, war btween the human race. People work to earn their bread, while across the sea they're counting dead

I have met him a couple of times....guy knows what he is doing...maybe can wait for him to reply before jumping to conclusions and judge him.

Agreed. There are better ways of handling them, even for taking photograph for the quick sale.

But let him get online and get a chance to explain....

Glad it was just for the sake of taking photos then...Actually...I would'nt be so shocked if the lid was off..cause at least it would appear temporary..but the lid was shut tight..so most people would assume that the fish would be in there for quite some time..

Always something more important than fish.

ok guyz, I am here to speak - finally (sorry, wasn't logged on last nite)

put them in the container for the sake of taking pics. the lid was just in case they decided to do a NEMO !!!

they were swimming freely in my sump. had to put them there as i had just

sold off my 3ft tank (fish-only).

no way the tomato & s'pore angel could go into my current main tank cos'

tomato would probably end up fighting my maroon and both be left with torn fins.

also, you all know what a Singapore angel does to corals...

both fishes have been with me for over a year so wouldn't bear to put them

thru' unnecessary stress.

I also decided that if no one was going to buy the fish by today, I will give them to a local LFS to sell as i would be travelling for a couple of days from Monday.

Anyway, the fishes were sold this morning at 7.30am.

nice chatting with you guyz.... :P

Ps: Bro Deepblue - thanks for jumping to my defense - the bubbles you sold me (a year ago ? ) are blooming in my tank !! :D:D:D

Phew! Thats good news.

btw apologies for any hurt feelings. I think that as hobbyists, we really value ocean life. And taking a picture of them fish in the container like that, well, it is pretty upsetting :). Guess we jumped the gun, eh guys?

Yeah, we did. It was just our 2 cents worth and said what we thought, as our hearts felt for creatures of the ocean. :) Glad you're not the kinda people that would hurt them!
