Hi....saw you have a Niger triggerfish....does it attack your shrimps??....or do you have any shrimps??

Guess its the only triggerfish that is tame enough to be kept in a reef tank with inverterbates?

I do not have any shrimp in my tank so the trigger is still a good citizen

According to Anthony Calfo, niger triggers, pink tails and cross hatch are some of the more reef safe triggers

I slowly used a small blade to do a clean cut and it just detached by itself

This poor specimen was super stressed when I sort of "saved" it from the shop.

But after some cuttings and intensive care, I've got them in good condition again
