Since the BLV 14k runs whiter than the 10k but not yet bluish, you think my 2x54w T5s (1 actinic, 1 CoralBlue) will have any effect?

If the BLV 14ks do have PAR levels comparable with the 10ks, I think I'll go for it

I actually saw the 250W 14kk bulb fired up at ML's display tank. It is white. Then I came home saw my BLV10KK Se also white but it is not side by side comparsion.

Ballast used also plays a part on the coloring.

that one no need to use hammer and screw driver wack one... just use screw driver dig from the base of the frag can already. They use silicon around the frag one so it's still possible to dig out.

And I havent caught CFS yet. Maybe when my tank is filled up then will show symptoms

If you need to break the base then remember to use less force and hammer slowly then you won't break the frags so easily.

You already know that your skimmer is not ozone-proof so why risk it?

Ozone can even cause telfon to turn brittle after sometime. Unless the manufacturer says that it is ozone proof then most likely the skimmer will get damaged in the long run.

You need to understand that ORP is relative measurement, meaning there is usually poor corelation between two ORP probe so your controller setting can only be relative. Which means 350mV in one reefers tank no overdose for him might not means 350mV will not overdose in your tank.

Overdose and it'll do more harm than good.
