Got to bandage it cause it leaked like a tap

soak the ehiem tubing in hot water for 10sec then push it in further, it shouldn't leak if you got the right size.

What size of ehiem tubing are you using?

Just tried to hook up my CR today.

Took me a whole 3 hours to finally take a rest.

Didn't use a CO2 tank before so it blasted when I first opened the tap. Now got ceeotwoblastophobia and I swear never to touch that thing again.

My tank's pH went right down to almost neutral levels so I used buffer to bring it up. Hope my tank's inhabitants will pull through this

Very soon you will want a metering valve or a 2 stage regulator with needle valve

Yes, I agree. The regulator I am using now is damn crappy with bubble counts inconsistent. When I have more of those sticks and some greens, I will definately get a dual stage with solenoid. Now setting at 1 bubble per 15 sec.

And I will redo the piping tomorrow. But I will have to conquer the ceeotwoblastophobia first. Seems like tonight going to have nightmares

Your bubble count would be very inconsistance right now especially when you try to set it to so low count. You probably need to monitor and adjust it a few times a day, quite tedious I would say

Normally it takes at least 24hrs after any adjustment to take effect on the effluent parameters.

When you Tee off from main return pump and I am also assuming that your effluent flow is low judging from your bubble count then you are going to see the effluent flow rate drop and this also requires constant adjustment

I did not tee from my return but from my FR input. My effluent is now at 1 drop per 2 sec
