How can i make my BTA move to the center of my tank facing the front?

Somehow, that fellow enjoy one small corner at the back of my tank..

Hardly any water current there and light intensity at that area maybe also not as direct or strong.. Feeding it is also a problem due to its location and monitoring if it has tear or wound on its body is near impossible....

How ah?

I seriously think i must make it move again leh....else later die alr also dunno...whole tank crash...

Same thing with my Rosie nowadays. She just move and move and move. Don't know when will she be happy.

Try positioning the anemone where u want it and let it attached to the rock... den feed the fella with a small piece of market prawn... that location you choose is preferably with adequate light and current, if it stays there till the next day, feed another small small piece of market prawn again, do it till about 5-6 days... If you're lucky, the anemone will stay there forever!!! :yeah: Den you can feed it like once a week... :)

my suggestion is to increase the flow toward the back of your tank, and reduce the current in the front part of your tank, then the anemone will shift out.

and the lights cannot be too strong, if you are using MH.

Anemone do not like too high water flow.

and usually when we setup our tank, we will always tend to have a 'visual' higher water flow in the front part of the tank.

Hahaha... sorry to let you down guys, just added a rosie into my tank and the fella's hding beneath some rocks.... despite me feeding it... it stopped moving for a while to eat, after makan, start migrating again!

new trick that i learned today...

1) put the anemone in a hole in the LR, size of hole should be just nice to fit the anemone

2) direct moderate water current at the anemone, more or less like forcing water into its face

it should stay there, reason being that it won't want to be blown away by the current and thus it will stay there...
