Firefish Goby missing

4th day, search and resuce action taken, could not even find their remain.

Geez what is going on my tank is only 3' and could not find any 1 of 3 missing.

Could be UFO ?

This sort of things does happens. Recently I lost a fire shrimp, I mean lost in the literal sense. My tank is only 2', I tear down all the liverock, just short of digging out the DSB, and I can't even find an antenae of it, not even its previous molt, just 2 tiny specks of red scales, can't imagine how the clean up crew did such a clean job.

Or have I been imagining that I own a fire shrimp?

Well I have 2 fire shrimps and so far they are in my sight.

Today is 6th day and so far not even shadow of firegoby

On top of 3 firegoby, recently added white color belnny also gone MIA. Seem 1 day ago happy clearing sand...

I used to own 2 firefish. They were doin okie in my tank until i realised they have not been appearing for a period of time liao. My guess is that the crabby are the culprits...argh. I like the firefishes, with their reddish body. Think i may be getting the purple firefish ...

But if u have mani hairy crabs in the tank, they may well be the cuplrit also.

Would like to help you , however so far today, I have no chance to feed them yet. So I don't know

My 2 x fireshrimps are doing fine in my tank ( But lazy guys, will come out from the cage only at feeding time ). Just firegobys Last seem more than a week ago.

literally soluble yes ... i have not see not fregoby for 2 dae liao ...

though my tank is only two feet but pack with rock , i still cant find it ..

what is the longest period ur fish hide ??

I don't know man,

my 3 guys gone MIA since 24th June after one day they were bought.

Well, I have DSB deep in front 6 and back 8" and lot of rock. So far everyday, I was looking for them around 1 hr ( day and night ) and still could not find.....

I saw one of other fish MIA a few day ago hidding happily in the rock cave. Bad things is most of my rock come with lot of nature cave. Some are quite big.

Geez or I saw one black color ( I don't know what the hack he is ), having 10 legs and his 2 eyes are as big as rice grain, is moving around happily. Could that be he is clupit.... HELP

Yea better to be sure of, I still could not find his ID for 2 months ( Still searching on the NET ) and dannnn difficult to catch him ( FASTER THAN TANG ).

The whole body is black ( really damm black , like just polished shoes )

Tried to catch him in the rock, but failed as he could move to other rock while I was removing the rock......
