Cooling fan for sale at $15. Bought in April 2004. Able to cool my 2ft tank to 29 degrees (using MH) during the current hot spell. Selling cos upgraded to chiller.

Is it the AC fan? Wat's the size?

Yes it is an AC fan. Bought it at one of the petshops around my place. Believe to be ISTA brand. Can't recall as box threw away.

Some information I found on the fan:

- 220v~240V

- 50/60 Hz

- 0.12A

- Made in Taiwan

Diameter around 12cm..

12inches big should be DC lah....i dun think AC can run such a big fan...

Just checked. My fan is a AC fan. I do not need a transformer to run mine and Mine is ONLY 12 CM and not 12 INCHES. Fans of that size can cool the tank and my room liao ..
