Hi Reefer,

Can I use Auqa Medic - Bio Bacta to hastern the cyclying process? within 2 weeks to complete?

I will be putting a piece of 10KG live rock for the cyclying in the new tank. The rest 20KG will be from existing tank when the new tank is ready.

regards,

Moxa

hi..bro. yes you can use the bacterial to fasten up the speed ..BUt since its a completely new tank, why done you cycle it for a longer period to play safe?? You can use nutrify bacterial too..Or market prawns..And make sure you check your water quality B4 adding Life stock .. :P

BTW, I am using a old filter media from my previous tank so to speed up the cycling..

Now using Rowaphos and less photoperiod , less feeding to control the suituation..
