Go for polycarbonate rods or PE rods and bend it into like a L shape and you are done. Of course do not forget the dosing pump. PH are too fast and difficult to control. AC or DC motor?

Also do not forget to make a small hole on the main body of 2mm size on the top below the cover.

I was going to use only 15 mm acylic strip to bend it into L-shape. Would polycarbonate rods or PE rods be better? If so i'll source for it!

The motor is made in Japan and it's running DC, around 50 RPM and very high torque. Got it from my friend for free.

As for dosing, the Kalk will be connected to a auto top-up driven by air-pump attached to a water level sensor.

When the water level falls below a certain level the air pump will be activated. The water from the auto top-up will enter the Kalk Mixer and the water inside the Kalk mixer will in turn flow out into the sump.

Almost forgot about the hole, thank you for reminding me.. :thanks:

Can try the arcylic if it is comfortable with you, but I think the PolyCarbonate material will be better.

The 50 RPM may be too fast and stir up too much of the Kalk at the bottom and make the milky solution travel too far up. Maybe can get a gearing to step it down.

The input of the topup water into the Kalk Stirrer body must not be too fast else it will again make the milky solution travel to the top and into tank. But then try it out first and see how it goes before changing anything.

The motor is adjustable, will be testing it once it's ready to fire up. Will you be able to help me with the polycarbonated or PE rods? If not i'll check with my friend.

Will have test the out put flow first before i make any adjustment to the water in let to the mixer. Thanks for the advise. :D
