weipro 2011 diy spray injector

got some leftover piping and connector which are useful in making an injector for my weipro skimmer........

looks good

but not sure of the quality the injector will produce........

havent put it to run yet...........

Hm... can't see clearly but it looks like the bubbles are quite big leh....

Probably need to give it some time to break in.... btw, how you connect the new tubes to your exisiting skimmer?

but i think is better than the original venturi one.................

the swirlling effect is very obvious

u can see the water being swrilled up the reaction chamber..............

once it reaches the foam surfaces i see some numbers of moderately big size bubbles.......is form when small sizes bubbles merged........

is this normal for a skimmer?

Wow! The bubbles looks better than what my 2011 can produce. Definately a good DIY IMO.

Its great that there're ppl that can use a old one and make it to perform better, rather than buy a new one. I personally feels thats a acheivement and there'll be a sense of satisfaction if the results is rewarding. Great job done bro!

No la...coz i really very impressed by those who improvised on the products which originally don't have stunning results. Its like for the price you pay for a 2011, the result wont be what a h&s/beckett can give. So really kudos for those who really make an effort to do that. Even small and not amazing projects are great.

Not trying to throw a cold shoulder or anything, but I think the weipro's venturi is capable of producing much smaller and higher quanity bubbles than the spray injector mod :-) A good try though.........

The bubbles is way too big. wat are you using as injector?? the bubbles looks bigger than the one created by the weipros' venturi. great idea but need to work on the injector
