Need help to identify a hermit and aglae

Hi guyz,

Need help to identify this hermit and these nusiance algae that is growing on my tank wall.

Reason for wanting to identify the hermit is because it is always performing "cliff hanging" stunt and not doing its job.

The algae photo is too blur, looks brownish might be diatoms.

No idea about the hermit crab, you can try asking in the new to the aquaria hobby forum, should get answers there faster than here.

Can ask Achilles Tang or any of the mods to help you shift the post.
