GAC add-on for Joe_P's FR

I'm looking for interested parties for Joe_P's GAC add-on for his fluidised reactor. (for those who have no idea what on earth I am talking about, its a chamber for Carbon for those people using the Fluidised Reactor.)

I met him at Marine Life just now and I bugged him about it again. and he said something about generating enough interest amongst the owners/would be owners of the FR before he will fabricate it.

I have no idea on the price yet, mainly because I haven't asked/he didn't tell. although he did say it'd be quite expensive as you'd need to get the Eheim valves to control it or something.

so those who are interested, leave your name below on the list. upon consolidating a reasonable amount of interest, I'll forward it to Joe_P to let him see what he wants to do. (=

Jus a note.... the product review by AT is actually the Reef Maniacs Fluidised Reactor Professional series... which have a 5 inch diameter for main chamber.

The current ones utilised by a number of reefers here are the standard units having a smaller diameter of 4 inches. These do not come with the add on chambers.

As I'm currently developing my new range of Calcium Reactors for the smaller reefs out there, so would only consider getting the hang-ons for the standard series into production if there is enough interest for them. ;)

So stay tune ....

There must be a mistake here... the smaller sized reactors that i'm currently designing are Calcium Reactors, not fluidised reactors..

I'm not considering building any FRs with diameter less than 4 inches.

But if you need a smaller footprint for the FR, let me know. I will customise one to fit your reef.

Your FR is currently being manufactured.

If everything turns out well, you should have one running in your reef within a week.

For the Add-ons, let's see how the reponse to this thread turns out.

Yes, sticker, I want sticker too. Other than using the eheim quick release valve, can Joe_P customize one that can do quick release and without buying all the eheim tubings and valve? It will make it look even more professional right?
