The ballast buzz like crazy when it is lighted up.....bloody irritating. Thought I can have a peaceful tank with my Chiller in my balcony ....than this buzzing sound from the Ballast!!!

Damp bloody loud.....anyway to rectify this problem???

Make sure your ballasts are tightly screwed onto the casing with screws and nuts, if not there will be some vibration cause.

Also, from the pic it seem your left ballast is touching the left casing. Try to keep a distance away from both sides of the casing.

The buzzing sound means ur ballast is losing out its performance and will breakdown soon. Usually an asian brand ballast wont last long. replace to a german brand and u will be assured the life is very long.

Open up the metal box to check just now....isolate it by shuting down the Left and right MH (left the centre MH still on).....buzzing sound gone! :yeah: ......On again.....the buzzing sound comes back  ......on close hearing......Sigh! <_< .....one of the ballast is making the stupid buzzing noise......try losening the nut.....still buzz but softer now.

Guess got to replace one! Just like what Ben said.....maybe end of life already..... :(
