I got a Clown Wrasse and a Yellow Wrasse in my tank for bout 1 month plus and got no problems.. They are peaceful and just mind their own business. They are oso quite good eaters too excepting my pellets and flake foods.

Look for the fairy wrasse species... there are many of them, all very colourful and reef-safe.

Do not get any other wrasse species as they are in the same league as damsels and clownfishes... aggressive and territorial.

They also become a nuisance by pecking at clams sometimes and they eat cleaner shrimps when they grow big enough.

Some like the sixline wrasse like eating small shrimp. Otherwise they are charming and energetic fishes.
