I just bought a bottle of this to buffer my pH and build up my kH. just bought it from Petmart....but when I got home I found that it is a bit hard. like semi-rock solid. you can still move the powder around, but the rest has been compacted in. like how salt compacts itself when moisture has entered. this has caused the provided spatula to be stuck inside the bottle itself. is this a normal occurrence, or should I go back to Petmart to verify this?
