i would strongly suggest you to remake your tank, 105x50x50 5mm braceless is absolutely a big NO. who is your tank maker to even agree making such a thin tank for such tank size? i wouldn't even think 10mm would be safe since its rimless, euro-braced 10mm is fine though.

I don't think even if you DIY some bracing on it will make it safe.

Hi sorry guys my tank 10mm thickness..and checked with my tank maker he said should not be prob as it is onli 105 x 50 x 50 ....any comments on this

I would prefer 12mm but of course Tank maker's the professional, will be ok since he had confirmed so. 5mm would've been a  very dangerous set up!

Ok no point suggesting as Orphek v4 would be an amazing set up haha. That said... The benefit of the Orphek is the blanket of light it provides; another way to achieve this is with something like the Aquaticlife T5 hybrid. I have this with three radion g4 xr15's and four T5's (2 blue plus, 1 actinic and 1 coral plus). I believe kessil is the go to combination here vs radion. With the advances in LEDs that you can now replace the T5 with either Reef Brites (Note in recent weeks BRSTV suggest an all reefbrite system) or Orphek OR3 blue plus.

Yeah !!! Did a full water test with the pumb running and everything went well...leart alot of stuff while configuring to get a perfect flow withouth any noise...there was onli splashing sound near my return nozzle inside the overflow..i tried to tune as closer to the hight of the emergency pipe..but some things can be made better like putting my return below my emergency pipe to reduce the noise !!! At last it was a well spent 3 months and the tank is ready....my plan is to fix my lights first as i have to drill above to fix my lights....so better to settle my lights before adding the rocks and water for cycling...till than see u guys with my update again !!!

Well you gotta be happy with that. Looks great! Orphek recommend a high mounting height for blanket coverage, so is looking rel good. But final height should really be set by your corals and their needs. Note 'SubzeroLT' has a PAR monitoring service so you can touch base with him once you have your aquascape all sorted.

Keep up with the updates!
