Full tank decomm (Tankset+LS+Equipments)

Been having a hard time to commit myself to do a decomm. Will need to utilise the space for other purposes. I am running lean currently with minimal equipments as I just remove and cleanup a number of equipments yesterday. Hope to clear the corals and livestock soon. The tank and the equipments are around 3yrs+. Tank and cabinet done by CR. Photos will be up soon.

Please take note:
1) Corals and Liverocks to go 1st.( Liverocks are cemented using AF stone fix. Bring your pails/bags if you prefer as I may be using normal plastic bags)
2) Fishes 2nd..
3) Hardwares and equipments..3rd.

Been a long day. Did some major cleaning up and realise some of the rocks structure may be unsafe for selling to fellow reefers (due to alot of thin pointy tubes all over the rocks. Thank you for those who are interested but yet undecided.  In order to accelerate the decomm process due to shortage of time, the rocks has been discarded and hence whats left are those listed here.
