Anyone been to Mauritius?

I'm going on a 8days/6nights package. No point taking the 5day/3night one....

Oct is the best time to go Mauritius... but not price wise since it's the peak period. The "winter" period ends in Sept so Oct's weather is just right... not too hot, not too cold... summer just started then...

Yeah, my wife and I wouldn't mind honestly. What diff does it makes with the taxi driver there huh? Unless, u & ur gf gatecrash into our hotel room... that's a different story altogether... On a positive note, u can help us take photos mah... I can help u & ur gf take photos mah... on top of this, safer for u & ur gf with a guy around... me of course...

But the thing I need to find out is where Le CoCo is located.. west side or east side... If it is near our hotel, then the above arrangement is possible lor... we still deciding between Hilton & Beau Rivage...

I just went to Air Mauritius over lunchtime... u must speak to Christina there cause she is the expert in Mauritius knowledge...

Princess, Le Coco is located next to Beau Rivage... both on the east coast of Mauritius...

If my wife and I are taking Beau Rivage, then the arrangement is possible...

but surveying the locations, the west side is closer to most of the attraction sites...
