Dyna PH 1500 to swop

Hi all,

Anyone has a Eden 228 PH to swop with the above ? Eden is the one with swinging output and was not highly recommended in this forum but I still feel like trying.

DODO, how long u use ur PH liao. the PH will get jammed after a few months rite. after u took it out and wash, it will function back as normal?

Hmmm, mine must be special then. Have been running it 24/7 (off it only for about an hour, once a month, during water change) for 14 mths without a single problem. Come to think of it, I didn't even break it down to clean it once ...

Just thought I should put in a good word (from experience) for the 228 ...

Limpc, if you can wait ... I may not need it anymore once I get my SCWD running OK.

finally, one positive feedback. I saw the 228 using in a display tank in Downtown east shop and though the whole damn thing is covered with algae, it was still turning. So ... thought I would just try it ...

I'm still in the midst of striking a deal with dodo and will let you know how it goes. No rush.

BTW, SCWD, cool. Let us know your experience once up.

Yup, mine has got pink corraline algae here and there too.

I'm still getting the plumbing parts together for the SCWD. Will take a while. Bawater has got his running already, but still too early to do an evaluation.
