Algae blenny in sps tnak

I heard that algae blenny may nip at sps. Can anyone confirm that? Thinking of getting one to clean up all my rocks.

First time I heard that algae blenny will nip at SPS. Dunt think so, I have an algae blenny and some sps frags... seems that the blenny leaves the sps alone and concentrates eating the algae

mine doesnt. it leaves e clams alone and i have never seen it nip any sps...

this fish is e cutest!!!

In my case, the fish only eats algae.

It eats the algae on the clam's shell, and the algae grows on the damaged portion of the sps. In this way, it may irritate the invert.

there is no error.... actually most blenny do nip on clams and other corals.... and in fact no one say that they are 100%reef safe so its more of a hit and miss circumstances
