Help my fish eating a smaller fish! .

hi very rude shocking today, when i found out that my cleaner wrasee almost dead coz nvr eaten for days, he was almost dying, then 2 hrs later, found him missing, my bro say got eaten by my clown sweetlip . Then i saw my sweetlips mouth got nothing .then 4 hrs later, i can saw a tail bluging out of my sweetlip mouth and still chewing it. take very long time , still chewing but why when eaten already then the food can come out the mouth and chew again?

so i want to know that must i remove the food out his mouth wait scared harm him ar . i got feed him prawns after eating the cleaner wrasse . Ate them, then hour later, spit them out the prawns , and only eat the body but not the head!!.

sweetlips, aka grunts are BIG fish,

and BIG fish eat SMALL fish.

what you have is probably a juvenile, they grow to

be foot long monsters

ya lor. sweetlips are actually big fishes, shouldnt keep in small tanks.
