reduce nutrients in tank

Hi, do sand cleaning and water change weekly helps to reduce nutrients sufficiently? i do also have no3 cube and growing chaeto in my sump tank, not sure about my po4 which i didnt test it...

To me yes, I swear by weekky 10% water change and siphoning the sand. Including siphoning my sump. Thanks.

yes, what you did will definitely reduce nutrients, if you are facing high no3 and po4, can do carbon dosing too. Either with commercial products like Redsea NoPox or vinegar/vodva.
