bubble corals

do we really need to feed bubble corals?

i came across and article saying that,"In fact, feeding this coral can overload its ability to process food and kill it. "

is that true?

i do feeding of market prawn to them once/ per 2 or 3weeks..

should i continue or stop?

btw same goes to hammer corals..

I have been feeding mine once every two weeks and it grows man! Not sure about not feeding them.

hmm depend on how much u r feeding it..

I think feeding it a little once a week or 2 is just like giving it a food feast will be gd..

but if u feed too much and often might have a problem as it might end up relay on u to feed them only..

i basically flood my tank with henrys food..but no sigh of them eating it..not sure they eat anot..i feed DT once very 2-3day.

i feed my bubbles with market prawn once in a while....... but look out for shrimps that will come and snatch the food from the corals.....

Hey,how do u feed your hammer coral? I've never fed mine before.

Never fed my hammer before too and it still opens very well, jus spray DT around the whole area and i guess they will be able to get some of it into them. As for bubble, i feed mine once every week with brine shrimp, jus use a dropper and drop it into their mouth, its been with me for months and stil doing fine.
