How to have a dry skimmate in aquaC ev180

Need comment on those using aqua C products

though my skimmer had started skimming.... its a bit watery, read the instructions it say , can adjust to have dry or wet skimate,, but it didnt say how to adjust adjust wat my current air valves n the water valves is fully open...

does more air produce dry skimmate , or should i lift the skimmer higher to have dry skimmate

post a picture of your water level in skimmer and setup of your skimmer. More people are willing to reply cause a picture tells a thousand word and on top of that easiler for the gurus this this forum to help.

open the gate valve by 1/8 turn then wait a few hrs for it to stablise and see if that's the skimmate you want. Don't close the air valve, waste power

I personally feel dat dry skimmate not not be as effective and slightly wet skimmate as it takes longer to skim out, rendering the skimmer less effective? I rather go for very hard and slightly more watery skimmate...
