i tot Fuji is in Japan and really high up, is there a lake there which is salt water?

Another lobo that I bought from AA yesterday.

The green is very green I thot it is green gem specimen lobo.

Think it is another Fuji specimen.

The Fujian corals seem to have a much more beautiful

coloration compared to the normal Indon ... Batam type.

the same cycle occurs again. After a few months since I last re scape, I went thru another busy period at work, tank was neglected and looked like shit ....

Then I switched job, took leave dig out 4 inches of deep sand bed and rescape the tank.

With the removal of 4 inches of sand, wow the tank looks like got lots of swimming space for the fishes ....

Most tanks i see displayed adopted the complete back slope look. This time I opted for a right corner slope with a left tower of rock crop. I actually liked this look better cos better ventilation plus more space for fishes to swim.

Wow my, I was truly excited to find out I had an unexpected hitch hiker in my tank.

It is an abalone....... notice that there are 5 holes in the shell ... which is the characteristic of an abalone. They are extremely good algae and nuisance sponge eaters.

AFter around 3 weeks,i bought 5 blue chromis and 5 fairy wrasses ....

It was really a delight to see these cheap and beautiful fishes swimming around.

bro, just a concern here. is there enough flow there to prevent detritus from accumulating? (circle in red)

Hi hotlemond,

yes that hole may not have as much tubulence as other areas but it is much better

than a complete back slope. And my fishes like that hole.

So far there is not much detritus build up in that area.
