there are 2 pins and 4 pin PL in the market...even screw in type (socket E27 & E24), depends on the design of the PL tube itself.... I know yishun Blk 29X is selling but it is only coolwhite, dat daylight.....cant confirm the block. If you wanna buy, pm me and I'll bring u there.

if the shape is not suitable to you. u can try nature aquarium at balestier, I've seen a small AEC 4 pin PL but too sure how many wattage rating, alternatively, u can buy those normal 2 pin PL and connect both live wire to 1 pin and both nutral wire to another pin using wire connector...... make sure dont connect 1 live wire and 1 nuetral wire together....
