Nitrate increasing!!

Maybe more tank information would help, like tank size etc etc.. A sure way to reduce nitrate is by doing water change, or you can start carbon dosing with Vinegar, or commercially available products like Red Sea NoPox.

Do ur NO3 drop after water change? How many days before it shoot up again?

Did you add anything recently? Try new food?
Yup they do! Did a water change today and it went down to around 10pp. So far I only added in corals and a skimmer. No new fish/inverts. The corals seem to be doing ok except the GSP that has decided to close up. The funny thing is that a frag from the same colony is open as per normal! Is that usual with GSP?

Your skimmer is skimming well?

For your tank size I think regular water change is good enough for nutrient export.

U can also take a look on chemi pure and polyfilter, got good reviews for nano tank.

Hmm for now the skimmate is quite clear still? I just set up about 2 days back. I do have chemi pure elite in my back chamber:)

Sound ok, just tune your skimmer slowly to make it work.

Guess u just monitoring this 2 weeks and do ur water change weekly should be ok le.

If u worry then stop dosing the special blend for a while.
