hmm this is what i heard from a guy at SL square... if your room is in the air con, this sizzling sounding thingy would happen... thats what happened to my old monitor.. the interior of the monitor would be cold.. then when u switch off the air-con, water would condense on some part that i forgot.. then if u switch on the computer when there is condensation on that part, the problem would escalate... if u have to switch off the air-con, switch on your pc about 10 mins b4 u do so, so it has ample time to be 'warm' before condensation can take place..

i listened to the bugger and yea true... another monitor has been lasting for like 6 years plus and it's still going strong... or maybe it's because it's a samsung? :angel:

i think better be careful.later on it will start to click and then maybe u will see a faint image of a girl combing her hair,then a well,den...OUT COMES SADAKO!!!

hehe,seriously try to off and on ur television and see if it makes that kind of noise as ur monitor,if it does,it's probably static.no need to worry
