Modification/repair services of old light sets

Hi everyone...

I am doing modification o existing light sets (FL/PL) to PL set with electronic ballasts. Light set might be faulty but modification is still possible. Modification would be done to your requirements (marine, planted or arowana).

Also offering the following services:

1) Replacement of tubes or ballasts

2) Replacement of faulty switch

3) Replacement of discoloured, cracked or warped acrylic plastic sheet

Service charge is minimal.

Besides that, I am selling brand new sets. Can be customised according to your marine, planted or arowana needs.

1) 2ft : 2X36W or 1X55W

2) 2.5ft : 2X36W, 1X55W OR 2X55W

3) 3ft : 2x36W, 3X36W, 1X55W, 2X55W OR 2X36W+1X55W

4) 4ft : 2x36W, 4X36W, 3X55W OR 2X36W+2X55W

Casing : rigid aluminium with stands (you may request for type of casing)

Tubes : Elbiru 6500K, 8000K, 10000K OR Blue

Ballasts : Elbiru electronic ballasts

I am currently still searching for the cheapest T5 & MH resources so that I can pass down the savings to the reefers here. Sadly, the current pricing of T5 & MH are far too expensive, especially for new reefers. :( That is why PL is still a good subtitute for the reefing hobby.

Thanks for your comment & advice. ;)

This is a DIY project that I am doing. All items (casings, tubes & ballasts) are bought from normal shops at the cheapest that I can find. DIY & modification jobs are done at my own house. I would rather consider this as a service as the earning for myself is kept to the very minimal. I had clarified with AT & the moderators about it quite sometimes ago & they seemed to accept my explainations. However, if they later feel that they should review my service & decide it as commercialise, I will gladely accept their decision. In the mean time, I will continue my services for the benefit of other reefers. :)
