drop off from stem means polyp bailout, can google more, reason most likely due to water conditions, stress..very low chance survive, this is final survival mechanism for LPS,like pilot eject seat from downing plane. there is small % chance of surviving but take note if u left too long and rot, might foul ur water. pls do check ur water parameters why this happen in first place and do a water change to correct parameters. just sharing, hope it helps u. good luck bro.

Thank you for the prompt reply.

It was fine before I start to dose vinegar n all-for-reef as trying to solve the green algae problem.
I’m having dkh above 11 since nov, Ca around 480+- and Mg 1360+ after I start the dosing.

Did a WC last week, cut the all-for-reef and reduce the vinegar dosing.

Will continue to monitor and do wc bi-weekly. Hope the rest of the heads will survive
