Need help on chiller leak

Sorry I'm confused, still trying to fig out ur suggestion.. do i insert the washer inside, or on top of the cap? And how m I suppose to tie (if u mean tying - tiad) the washer?

You made 2mm pvc washer put on top the rubber and tiad it

The washer seems loose.. went to Mainland to find washers, hopefully it works this time. Gonna try it tmrw..

Check that the rubber washer isn't damaged. Try screwing on the connection a bit less tightly, since using too much force can distort the shape of the washer.
