Heat wave again???

My tank must be a waterfall by now. It's at 24°C.

mine with aircon and 4fan+ own fan..still 27 the lowest...

cant imagine if aircon is off..

Where are those that complain got condensation on tank wall? Can share whats your water temp you keep?.. I really curious.

I think , if you hit 25, it will start condensing... experieneced that once when i was testing the chiller to see if it can cool the tank to that temp ...

I noticed condensation last nite on my tank .. panic at first .. thought the water inside was hazy ... then realise the water screen on the outside of the glass .. phew! I keep my tank water temp. betw. 25-27 degC.

my tank temp i set at 26ºC, delta of ±0.6ºC. Time delay of 5 minutes, with temp probe in main tank.

Whether condensation will occur inter-depends on a few factors :

1) tank water temperature

2) room temperature

3) room air moisture content

So even if one's tank water temperature is very cold, yet factors 2 & 3 are also low, condensation may still not occur.

I'm keeping mine at 25 degrees ... also experiencing "perspiring tank syndrome". These few days I have to sleep on the floor without mattress due to the hot weather.
