top 3ft tank not yet shifted.. more "ruan" then.

intend to place 4ft egg crate in between my sand bed.

To be covered with those window mesh, ensuring little disturbance

of sand below the crate/mesh. Veri good for NO3 reduction purpose.

trying semi-berlin system..

got time must calculate the optimum LRs/sands to tank volume.

just nice for "Ammonia = NO2 = NO3 = Nitrogen Gas" formula..

like real..

Hmmm..I don't think the amount of liverock matters much. Just try to stack them in a sense that there is as much surface area of the sand bed exposed. Pvc/eggcrate racks could help.

I wu eng fine tune measure my NO3 first. experiment abit.
