Hi. would like to know more information abt the ballest. As for those mini clip light that are available outside, they are using a different type of ballast. I think it is called electronic magnetic ballest. are these ballast readily available outside? sim lim towner?

I find it simpler and easy to use coz there would not be messy wires amd I need more advice on these electrical stuff b4 diy my 1ft lamp.
