my lighting timing

hi...... here is my lighting timing....

3 pm= 150 watt metal halide ON(10000k)

4 pm= 400 watt metal halide ON(6500k)

10pm= 400 watt metal halide OFF(6500k)

1 am= 150 watt metal halide OFF (10000k)

..... is this timing good ???? if not can someone advice me..... thank you...... ya u guys guessed it i want to upgrade to SPS so total will be 550 watts.... for a 3 feet tank(standard)... any advie will be aprecieated...... :thanks:

6hrs for your 400w would be the bare minimum. You could start out at 6 hours and see how your sps colour up. I believe AT keeps his on for at least 7 to 8 hrs, if not a little longer.
