Atman 105 pump

Just got one of the mention above .Very noisy.

I though i have brought a hi fi ###### a pump.

Any ideas pls help or else i will condenm it forever.

hmm... strange... I've never encountered such a problem with atman pumps before... I'm using 4 Atman pumps in total at home..

Wah... ryz... Your electricity bill must be super high...

This is what i did once with a Dymax pump. The impeller is made of 2 parts and can swival left and right. I glue that part so it doesnt swivel. The noise is gone.

Anyway I dont know if there will be any long therm damage on the pump but at least its silent. Do it at your own risk.

Mine is quiet. Maybe yours is defective? Bring back for a change?

I tried mine... It is okaie... Maybe something wrong with the impeller...

I also notice that my pumps will get noisey when the water pressure is too great. The pump cant handle the volume and you get this irritating rattling sound.

2 days ago my new Atman 105 was rattling like crazy and all of a sudden it quiets down yesterday. Why not let it run afew more days and see how it goes.

have you check all the parts? sometimes, have you clean up the impeller? my dolphin pump use to have this problem.... I dismental it and clean it up... noisy sound gone. Hope it helps.

My pump is new and is having the above problems when i started plugging it in.

I am using Atman pump for more than 3 years .So far no such problem.

Maybe your pump is faulty.

Since it is new I think you can get it change from the LFS you bought it.
