Chiller is working , able to cool my tank to 24C from 30C in 60mins but thermostat seems faulty. Also probably need some servicing/cleaning before it can reach its maximum cooling capacity that's why selling cheap at $80. Not sure why its slower and I'm not a mechanic and not good with electrical appliances so just got a new one.
