Mix reef tank

Hi I just started this hobby and I'm looking to play some different variety of corals. I will be mainly looking into zoas and some lps. Can any of you give me some advice on which corals I can get started with? What are some corals that i can or cannot place near to zoas? Thanks

acans, blastos, duncan, gorgonian, hammers, are some softies & LPS that you can consider. There are a whole bunch of encrusting LPS too.

its always a good practice to keep clearance between the different species of corals; whilst they may not visibly release tentacles to fight, having them too near to each other can induce some chemical warfare which is not ideal

You can try candycane, toadstool, mushrooms and duncan too they dont sting much and very hardy so good for beginners.

there is plenty of robust corals. managed to get my hands on my montipora which i thought would be hard to keep and now it's taking over my tank.
