Hey...thought it's a good idea to have this... :yeah:

Some suggestions though...

1) get fellow reefers to supply their tips aka experiences?

2) moderators to verify contents and its authenticity(?) before posting...knowing the busy schedule of theirs...let's volunteer just our big, strong, amicable Bossy aka AT... :lol:

3) have a sponsor to provide some tokens of appreciations to reefers whose contribution have been accepted...

How's that? :rolleyes:

1. I already started the ball rolling with the first Tip of the Week (see left column), contributions from the other members are warmly welcomed!!

2. Yes, yes, I am the most free of the mods... please please give me more work! :P

3. Hmmm.... I can see the list of sponsors backing away slowly already! LOL!!

i always label my plugs /connection.. from my hifi to my pc to marine stuff.. eg skimmer/returnpump.. just take a marker n wrike down on a piece of masking tape or sticker n paste it on the plug.

Turn the lights off and let the fishes fall asleep before you do any rescaping. turn on a dim light if you need while you rescape. This will prevent causing any stress to the fishes while rescaping.

didn't work for me...accidentally squash a fish while rescaping at night :cry: did not realize it until head count in the morning....guess it was sleeping....

squashed a fish?? wow... Never happened to me before... Must be careful lah... I only on ambient light while reacaping but am very careful not to hurt any of the fish... This really reduces stress on the fishes... but I guess if not careful, might result in unforeseen casualties...
