WTS : #1 sand & live rock

Hi.. Need to sell the following to top up some cash to upgrade my tank.

1) Live rock around 34kg. Size from small to big. $8/kg.

2) #1 sand around 70kg. Washed & cleaned. $5/10kg.

Take all the sand & live rock at $250.

Collection at my place walking distance from Yew Tee MRT station.

u upgrading your tank, then y u sell your old sand and LRs?? u will still need to buy them after u get your tank mah, u most probably need more also....juz my suggestion...

Thanks for all the suggestions.

Frankly, I will be changing the sand to #0. As for the live rock, I do not want to put into the new tank first. I plan to let the water stable & make sure all equipments are running fine before putting in new live rocks.

Thanks again for all the advices. My intention here is to find buyer & not asking for advice or suggestions . Trust me, I know what is best for me even though it might not be the best in your opinion. I don't think I need to list out all my plans here on how I want to start a new tank .

your LR price is not attractive. unless its tonga.

outside already selling $6-8. if look ard, maybe cheaper.

same for sands.

By the way, you should also type "Unless it's tonga" instead of "unless its tonga".

I am aware there are places selling $6-$8 per kg. During the time I bought my LR, there is even a shop selling LR at $5.50/kg! But I rather gave it a miss & bought the one priced at $8 to $10 per kg instead. The $5.50/kg might look nice to some people but not to others. That is why some shops sell LR at different prices according to the appearance.

With most of my LR bought at $10/kg, the total price was around $310 and with price of sand added (at $8/kg), the overall price is around $366!!!

I am trying to sell at $250 for everything.
