Heissner Injector

Hi,

The result of mazzei injector with 1060 was pretty good. Now testing the heissner with 1262..

Like AT had mentioned, both have their benefits..

Mazzei's injector need less power to drive

Heissner need alot more power to fire up...I'm only using 1262 to drive it.....Hmmmm maybe should try a pressure rated pump.....

HAsn't anyone notice somnthing amiss with my injector housing...

Where's the air intake? You drilled a hole on the arcylic housing and use the unit without any air control?

The housing has got no holes....it's got somthing to do with the cover...

the cover too low on the neck of the chamber causing the skimmate to ooze out even before filling up the collection cup??

or is it the collection cup can never be able to lift it out of the reaction chamber??

Nope not that cover below, it's the injector housing cover

That's what I am refering....the arcylic housing. Either you have drilled a hole on the arcylic cover or there is a valve to control air and hidden from view.

Nope still not right, the no holes and no valve..juz the injector housing cover..

The injector housing cover has got a very small gap and this allows air being suck in...

Think better to put a valve to have a better control of air in take. Sometimes need constant adjustment of the valve to give optimum result. Worth a try.
